Free check results now have share links

An endpoint can serve something different by the time a teammate checks it. If you're trying to explain a result, you need to show what you saw and when you saw it.

A free check now gives you a way to share a saved reading. Anyone with the link can open it without an account.

The shared page names the check and the host, says when the check ran, and shows the verdict. You can read each assertion alongside how the saved reading meets it. Recorded values lists every value the check recorded.

The page says "Saved scan result." It doesn't run a new check or show what changed afterward. Check now runs a fresh free check.

The assertions are the ones the check offers today. If we add or change one, the shared page judges its saved reading against the new set.

How to share a result

Run a check from the home page with Run a free check. The Share button sits at the bottom of the result, above Start monitoring. It's only on free check results.

A link doesn't expire, and you can't remove it. Anyone with the link can open it and pass it on. Before sharing, read the note: "Anyone with the link sees this. You cannot remove it."

Press Share, then use the copy button to send the link.
