About Netonica

Tanel Liiv founded Netonica and builds it. Tanel is a systems architect working across backend software, infrastructure, networking and security.

You contract with Netonica OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia. Its registry code, VAT number and address are in our Terms of Service.

Security change monitoring for IT and DevOps teams. We check your certificates, DNS records (including SPF and DMARC) and security headers from outside your network and record each change with before and after values. Monitors alert when selected assertions, such as “No TLS below 1.2”, fail or recover.

We watch the sites, APIs and DNS records you add.

For audits and pentests, we started watching certificates, DNS and security headers. Doing it from one place was hard.

You pass a pentest. Later, a hosting migration turns an old TLS version back on. A vendor switch changes a DNS record, or a deploy drops a security header.

We built Netonica to notice that drift and keep a dated record of it.

On Business, that record becomes the evidence report. See an example.

We check from outside, the way anyone on the internet can. We need no access to your servers and nothing installed on them.

Your monitors are private to your workspace. Other customers never see them, even when they watch the same site. A result is public only when you share its link.

Our scanner identifies itself. Its User-Agent links to our scanner notice, which tells site owners how to reach us.
